Good things here
The positive aspects of this society are numerous. Firstly, its remote location ensures that it is not overcrowded, offering residents a calm and peaceful environment. The connectivity remains decent, with essential amenities nearby. There's a small grocery store just outside the society, a school within a 1km radius, and a market less than a kilometer away. Additionally, the bus stop is conveniently located around 1. 5 km from the society. The society has excellent maintenance facilities, including a sewage treatment plant and a water recycling system, ensuring cleanliness and sustainability. Power backups are reliable due to diesel generators, and there are no issues with water supply or cleanliness. The monthly maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately Rs. 2800. The society has a range of amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, table tennis, caroms, and a swimming pool. Residents can also enjoy ample open space for walking and beautiful landscapes with lush greenery.
Things need improvement
In this society, the construction quality is not up to the mark, and there is a high-tension tower inside the community that the association has failed to remove despite ongoing complaints from residents for the past 5 to 6 years. Additionally, the security guards are inactive and lazy.

One great aspect of this society is its garden-themed design, enhancing the overall ambiance. The connectivity within the community is commendable, with all essential facilities and amenities conveniently situated within a 2km radius. This includes schools, supermarkets, clinics, petrol stations, and various shops like salons. The society has excellent amenities, such as a clubhouse equipped with a gym and indoor game facilities, a swimming pool, and ample outdoor recreational options like a badminton court and cricket play areas. The construction quality is top-notch, as there have been no major complaints regarding it. The flats offer good ventilation. Maintenance services are efficient, ensuring no water scarcity issues during summer and smooth elevators are well maintained. The monthly maintenance charges are reasonable at around Rs. 3000.
Things need improvement
In this society, maintenance services, particularly cleaning, need to be improved further. Additionally, there are no nearby public transportation options available for the residents.

In this society, all Hindu festivals are celebrated with community-organized events that promote togetherness among residents. Connectivity for residents' basic needs has improved with the recent opening of a supermarket just outside the society, within walking distance. Two schools are conveniently located nearby. The society boasts a proficient maintenance team and a well-organized association with friendly committee members. There are no issues with water or electricity, and garbage disposal services are prompt. Robust security measures are in place for residents' safety. The amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, basketball court, and designated play areas for children, cater to diverse interests. Overall, the environment of the society is conducive to comfortable living.
Things need improvement
During my time there, which was around a year ago before we sold the property, the connectivity to bus stops and super-specialty hospitals was a bit far from the society, posing some inconvenience.

The well-maintained roads and functioning streetlights ensure safety, complemented by ample parking space. amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, community hall, walking track, children's play area, and gardens enrich the living experience. The diligent maintenance staff uphold cleanliness standards admirably, supported by reliable water and power supply. Construction-wise, ample ventilation and sunlight enhance comfort, while the friendly and cooperative neighbors foster a sense of community. Overall, the society offers a harmonious blend of convenience, comfort, and camaraderie.
Things need improvement
The builder's quality in our society is subpar, falling short of expectations. Improving construction standards is crucial for ensuring the long-term satisfaction and safety of residents.

Good things here
The apartment is excellent, boasting high-quality plaster and walls. Thanks to excellent ventilation and high construction standards, there are no issues with leakages in the flats. The location is convenient, with a bus stop just 1. 5 km away, and schools, hospitals, and a supermarket within 4 km. We also use the Big Basket app for quick deliveries. The road condition is good, with working street lights and ample parking space for all residents. Amenities abound, including table tennis, a basketball court, a yoga room, indoor and outdoor games, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a community hall. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily garbage collection and no water or power issues. The surrounding community is friendly and enjoys interacting with one another.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are high in this society, causing financial strain for residents. Many feel the costs are unjustified and are calling for a detailed review and transparency in expenses.

Good things here
Connectivity, like cabs and auto-rickshaws, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Auto-rickshaws are also available on the main road within walking distance from the society. The maintenance of the society is very good and well-maintained, including cleaning, which keeps the society very clean. Power backup is available in the society. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and respectable. Security is very good, with a full team of security personnel in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available about 2 kilometers from the society. However, the roads are not cleaned outside the society.

The community is filled with respectable people. Water facilities are reliable and available 24/7, and there is also power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. The parking area is spacious, and there is a designated visitor parking area. Additionally, hospitals are conveniently located within walking distance, making it easy to access medical care in emergencies.

The construction quality is very poor, with plumbing issues and seepage problems in the bedrooms, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are high because the water supply relies on tankers, leading to water scarcity issues.

Good things here
There are lots of great things to do here like swimming, hanging out in the clubhouse, hitting the gym, playing table tennis, and there's a fun area just for kids, and they're all kept really nice. The fees for maintaining everything are reasonable too. If you need to catch a bus, you don't have to go far, there's a bus stop less than a kilometer away from the neighborhood, which makes getting around really convenient
Things need improvement
The buildings here aren't built very well, and some of the flats have issues on the outside. If you're thinking about using the metro, it's quite a distance away, about 5 kilometers from the neighborhood.
