Good things here
Living here was wonderful. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby made life convenient. The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste kept the surroundings clean. The elevators were well-installed and maintained. The construction quality was excellent, ensuring no seepage or termite issues, along with proper ventilation. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were well-maintained, enhancing the living experience. The neighbours were very friendly, being a tenant i never faced any kind of discrimination there
Things need improvement
Honestly, during my time living there, I didn't face any issues. Everything was excellent, and if I didn't have to relocate, I would have happily continued living in the society.

Good things here
A serene and tranquil neighborhood where peace reigns, free from pollution and traffic, with friendly and well-connected residents. The bus stop is just 100 meters away, medical shops are within 500 meters, and supermarkets are conveniently close. Community amenities include table tennis, basketball, and a walking track. The roads are well-maintained, street lights illuminate the area, and ample parking is available. The buildings are thoughtfully designed with excellent ventilation in every room. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and there are no issues with water or power supply. The floors are regularly cleaned, and garbage collection occurs daily. The community has been freshly painted throughout.
Things need improvement
The society is currently dealing with wall leakages that urgently need attention to preserve the quality of living spaces.

Good things here
The gym and swimming pool are available and in excellent condition, for fitness and relaxation. The playground is also well-maintained, making it a perfect spot for outdoor activities. We experience no issues with leakage, seepage, or water logging, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment at all times. Our neighbors are supportive and enjoy socializing with each other. The society is kept very clean, whether it�s day or night, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Ola and Uber services are easily available, making transportation convenient. With schools nearby, it�s an ideal place for families.
Things need improvement
I generally find the living conditions to be satisfactory. Some upgrades are needed to enhance our overall experience. Modernizing certain facilities and improving infrastructure could make a significant difference.

Overall, it was a well-maintained place to live with all the basic facilities in place.
Things need improvement
Traffic has become a significant issue over time, making commuting difficult. The amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and play area, are poorly maintained. The lack of interaction with people due to long working hours also made it hard to connect with neighbors. The overall decline in maintenance and the increase in traffic have affected the living experience negatively.

Good things here
Living here is very comfortable. The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to transport options. The maintenance is generally good, keeping the common areas and facilities clean and well-kept. The construction is solid, and there are no issues with the building structure. The amenities are fantastic, including a nice garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, and gym. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
There is one main issue here. In Block A, there is a terrace that is never cleaned, I frequently go there and I find that it is never cleaned. Apart from this, everything else is good.

Good things here
Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was maintained up to the mark. The lifts were well-maintained. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. Autos were easily accessible from the society. The maintenance charges were justified. The residents were decent.
Things need improvement
The society lacked many amenities, the gym was not well-maintained, and overall maintenance was not up to par. Many flats had issues with leakage and seepage. There was also a traffic issue near the society, and festivals were not celebrated.

Good things here
The construction quality of the area is notably high, with spacious open spaces illuminated adequately.Everything is easily accessible, including nearby shopping complexes. I ahve relocated,I've found the public transportation system to be highly efficient, complemented by excellent maintenance services

I moved out of the society around three years ago. During my time there, construction design and quality were excellent. Natural light during the day was sufficient, and ventilation was good, with no water leakages. Connectivity was convenient, with a nearby bus stop, supermarket, and hospital within walking distance. Residents enjoyed amenities like a clubhouse, badminton court, basketball court, swimming pool, and indoor games Maintenance facilities were efficient, including regular doorstep garbage collection and uninterrupted water supply for all residents. Overall, it was a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
This society does not have partnerships with companies like MyGate or NoBrokerHood.
