Some negative factors that I should include here that are several potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. After a heavy rain, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Water supply is so poor here and people are facing problems here as they reported.

This place has a very close connection with the highways. The transportation system is very good. Schools, hospitals, theatres, offices, bus stations, shopping malls are also at a distance. However, I would like to suggest this residence. This place is also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Where I will be able to do my studies easily with a good internet connection. There is a lot of demand nowadays for a wholly fresh and calm environment.

During the rainy season, the pits get filled with water and there is a lot of difficulty in commuting. Most of the time, water supply is intermittently affected due to development and resultant pipeline burst. It is located in this area and is suspected to pose a flood risk to the region.

The place has a decent connectivity with highways and roadway and this is the major factor of liking this place so much for us. It is just few kilometers distance from our future place. This locale also provide a wholesale market that drives the commercial activity also.
