Good things here

Amenities like the swimming pool are well-maintained and very enjoyable for kids in the society. The gym is also well-equipped and spacious, providing ample space for workouts. The clubhouse is also very spacious, offering a comfortable environment for residents. The water facility is excellent, available 24/7, and compared to other apartments, it stands out. Since it's a newer building, around 5 years old, there are no issues with leaks or seepage within the society. Facilities like vegetable markets, clinics, Apollo Pharmacy, ATMs, and some small bakeries are conveniently located within walking distance of the society. The presence of a police station within a 300-meter walking distance adds to the safety of the area. Additionally, public transportation options like buses are available within a 300-meter radius, and hospitals are conveniently located within a 1 km radius from the society, making it very convenient for residents.

Things need improvement

The maintenance charge is high, around 4000-5000 rupees in the society. The absence of a nearby metro station is inconvenient for residents. Pollution is a concern around the society due to the nearby main road, leading to road pollution in the vicinity.

In this society, connectivity is excellent, as LULU MALL is conveniently situated near the society, just 1. 5 km away, the airport is easily accessible, with a travel time of only 20 to 30 minutes from the society. Maintenance is top-notch, with no complaints due to the superb facilities in place. Elevators undergo regular inspections, ensuring they are well-maintained. Moreover, there's a constant water supply, 24/7 power backups, and efficient garbage collection and disposal services, all carried out on the same day. The amenities provided are meticulously maintained, including the clubhouse, gym and sports facilities like the badminton court, basketball play area, and children's play area. Good security systems are in place within the society to ensure residents' safety.

Things need improvement

Around a year ago, I relocated from a society where the construction quality of the buildings was very poor, leading to frequent complaints about seepage issues. Additionally, there were no shops nearby for residents' regular needs, such as grocery items, and the bus stops were also far from society. The monthly maintenance charges were also expensive.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber. The people are very friendly and cooperative, often celebrating every festival together like a family. The greenery of the society is very peaceful and pleasant. Public transportation, like buses, is available within a 200-meter walking distance from the society. Hospitals are available within a 1. 5 km radius from the society for emergencies. There are some clinics inside the society, which is very convenient. The water facility is excellent, available 24/7 within the society, and power backup is also available. Waste collection is very efficient, with daily door-to-door collection within the society.

Things need improvement

There's no metro station nearby the society, and schools are far from the society, which is inconvenient. 3 BHK apartment and the community it's situated in. The meticulous structural design, spacious balcony with good ventilation and sunlight, and the overall construction quality seem to have made a positive impression on you. It's great that the community offers a wide street for evening walks and easy connectivity to essential amenities like bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, petrol stations, and banks within a 3 km radius. The presence of street lights and good road quality adds to the convenience and safety of the area. Additionally, the community's amenities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, kids' walking track, and garden contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. The maintenance of elevators, frequent garbage collection, and 24*7 water/electric supply further enhance the convenience and security of living there.

Connectivity like cabs and auto-rickshaws is easily available if we book Ola and Uber. Community spirit is very good in the society. People are very friendly and respectable. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and spacious kids' play areas are available in the society. Parking area is very spacious, and there are designated visitor parking spaces. Cleanliness of the society is maintained very well, ensuring hygiene. Housekeeping services are doing a very good job. Security in the society is very strong; there are many CCTV cameras managed by security personnel. Maintenance is very good in the society, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society, making it very convenient.

The society has very good greenery. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents are cooperative, and the society has all modern amenities. In the society, the water is sourced from a borewell located within the society, but occasionally there is a shortage, requiring tankers to be called. There is no Kaveri water connection in the society, and there is a general water problem in the area.

The society's location is serene and peaceful. Amenities within the society are easily accessible without any restrictions. These amenities include a clubhouse with a spacious gym, a swimming pool, and multiple play areas such as tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball courts, and children's play areas. Parking options are ample. Additionally, there are bus stops and a few international schools within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers from the society. The security systems are excellent, equipped with CCTV systems, and a good number of staff. Maintenance facilities are excellent, with no issues regarding water supply, good power backup options, and regular garbage collection, along with cleaning in common areas.
