Public transportation is reliable within a 500-meter radius, with the metro accessible within a 2-kilometer radius. The society boasts abundant greenery, creating a soothing atmosphere. Overall, it offers a respectable environment, with well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and kids' play area.

The maintenance of the society is good; they clean daily and provide door-to-door garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and lift maintenance is reliable. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and grocery stores, with good road conditions and functional street lights. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and party hall. Construction-wise, there are no wall leakages, ensuring good ventilation in our rooms. The people are friendly and cooperative.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and maintained well in the society. There is a local train station nearby which is very convenient. Metro stations are available within 1 km. Connectivity with Uber and Ola is available easily if we book. Water facilities are very good, with 24/7 power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues in this old building for over 10 years.

Good things here

I used to live in this society three years ago, and It's a great society. The amenities like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs were all fantastic and well-maintained during my time there. The neighbourhood was friendly, which made it a nice community to be a part of. Connectivity was decent with easy access to autos, cabs, and nearby metro and railway stations. Maintenance was generally good with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. Security measures including CCTV were also great.

There is traffic during peak hours, the painting was only done on the ground floor and not throughout the entire society, and there was a wall crack issue that was fixed 6 months ago.

The bus and metro stations are conveniently located near the society. Nothing is unclean, and cleaning is completed on schedule. No issues with seepage exist. The neighbours assist one another, get along well, and have pleasant conversations.

It is a great location and they have fulfilled the reputation. Very good location in Bengaluru though if you work from home like me, then you will enjoy the cellular networks. i like it here.
