The parking area is spacious, with visitor parking also provided. Water availability is excellent, with uninterrupted supply round the clock. Garbage collection is efficient, swiftly collecting both regular and dry waste materials. Public transportation is reliable within a 500-meter radius, with the metro accessible within a 2-kilometer radius. The society boasts abundant greenery, creating a soothing atmosphere. Overall, it offers a respectable environment, with well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and kids' play area.
Things need improvement
The power backups in the society lack reliability, frequently disconnecting after activation, causing inconvenience. Additionally, maintenance care is costly and inefficient, posing further challenges for residents.

Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in the society are on the higher side, approximately 5000 rupees for a 3BHK apartment. Visitor parking is available within the society, providing convenience for guests. However, the construction quality leaves something to be desired, as there are minor issues like leaks in the area that need attention.

The maintenance of the society is good; they clean daily and provide door-to-door garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and lift maintenance is reliable. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and grocery stores, with good road conditions and functional street lights. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and party hall. Construction-wise, there are no wall leakages, ensuring good ventilation in our rooms. The people are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There is a need for improvement in the gym equipment in the user's society. Upgrading and maintaining the gym equipment would enhance the overall fitness experience for residents.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and maintained well in the society. There is a local train station nearby which is very convenient. Metro stations are available within 1 km. Connectivity with Uber and Ola is available easily if we book. Water facilities are very good, with 24/7 power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues in this old building for over 10 years.
Things need improvement
Greenery should be improved outside the society. There's traffic congestion around this area. The cleanliness of streets needs improvement in the society.

Good things here
I used to live in this society three years ago, and It's a great society. The amenities like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs were all fantastic and well-maintained during my time there. The neighbourhood was friendly, which made it a nice community to be a part of. Connectivity was decent with easy access to autos, cabs, and nearby metro and railway stations. Maintenance was generally good with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. Security measures including CCTV were also great.
Things need improvement
One thing that was a bit inconvenient for me back then was the distance to the airport. It took quite a while to get there, which was sometimes frustrating.

Good things here
Auto and cab services are easily available, there is both basement parking for residents and open parking for visitors, the flats are well-ventilated, and the plaster and fittings are of good quality. The clubhouse, play area, and gym are all well-managed, and the society is pet-friendly.
Things need improvement
There is traffic during peak hours, the painting was only done on the ground floor and not throughout the entire society, and there was a wall crack issue that was fixed 6 months ago.

Good things here
The bus and metro stations are conveniently located near the society. Nothing is unclean, and cleaning is completed on schedule. No issues with seepage exist. The neighbours assist one another, get along well, and have pleasant conversations.
Things need improvement
The society does not have any amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, or park. People can't relax in the society because these facilities are not available.

It is a great location and they have fulfilled the reputation. Very good location in Bengaluru though if you work from home like me, then you will enjoy the cellular networks. i like it here.
