The society offers a well-maintained and spacious clubhouse, making it an enjoyable space for residents. The walking area is also ample, providing a pleasant environment for strolls. The community within the society is very good. Conveniently, there are shops available inside the society, catering to everyday needs. Security is robust, ensuring safety even during the night. Residents benefit from a 24/7 water facility, enhancing the overall living experience. The availability of a penthouse adds a touch of luxury. Transportation is hassle-free, with cabs from Ola and Uber easily bookable and autos readily available within the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with seepage issues in the bathrooms and bedrooms causing inconvenience. Maintenance charges are high, around 5000 rupees. Additionally, the nearest hospitals are about 2 kilometers away, which is also inconvenient.

Adequate ventilation and functional amenities like swimming pools, badminton and football courts, gyms, and children's play areas enhance the living experience. The community celebrates various festivals, fostering harmony among residents.

There are prevalent bathroom tap leakage issues within the society, causing inconvenience to residents. Despite efforts to address the problem, it persists, impacting daily activities.

Cabs and autos are easily accessible on the main road near the society. The flats have excellent ventilation, and the water facility is reliable. Power backup is also available. Inside the society, there are facilities such as grocery and vegetable shops. Additionally, the main road's proximity makes everything easily accessible within the society
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym. The construction quality is subpar, with some seepage issues in bathrooms and cracks present, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, the roads inside the society are not well-maintained

Living in this society for the past five years, I've found it to be quite satisfactory. The proximity of schools and hospitals is convenient, and all necessary amenities are available. Water supply is consistent, and maintenance, as well as power backup, is reliable. Additionally, the society's serene atmosphere, located a bit away from the main road, adds to its appeal.

Over the last six months under association management, there haven't been any particular dislikes, making it a generally pleasant place to reside

The location is excellent with nearby offices, cabs, shopping malls, supermarkets, and hospitals. Maintenance is satisfactory with 24/7 water availability and regular garbage collection. Additionally, amenities like the gym, children's play area, and walking track are available, while residents are friendly and helpful, celebrating festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, and Holi together.

The society is facing sewage treatment issues, resulting in a lack of water supply, including the non-functioning of the swimming pool, highlighting the need for immediate resolution.

Autos are available in the society, which is convenient. Water facility is also good, available 24/7 in the society. Garbage collection is also good, done daily in the society. Ventilation of the flats is very good, and street lights are good as well. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 2-3 rupees per square foot. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Neighbors are very cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
There might be some traffic issues near the society during nights. Cleaning outside of the society should be improved. Roads are also not in good condition and need improvement in the society.
