Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available if booked through Ola and Uber, which is very convenient. The area is very friendly. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect waste regularly. The construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leak issues. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. There are 2 community halls, 3 gardens, and 5 temples within the society. The locality is very good. Parking areas are very spacious. Even in floods, the society ensures safety. Hospitals are available within 1. 5 km from the society. Clinics nearby are very good. Security is excellent. Inside the society, there are several grocery stores, which is very convenient. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor in the society. There is seepage in the basement parking area and throughout the building. Cracks are present on the walls, making it inconvenient. Renovation has not been done yet, even after 8 years, with no reason given to the society. read more

People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. read more

Things need improvement

Only auto are available for the connectivity of society , no cabs or public transport. Leakage , seepage issues in the building . No swimming pool in the society which can be a issue for some people in the society . Mosquitos are there in the society which is a problem for the residents living there . read more
