The neighborhood offers a serene environment with minimal pollution and traffic congestion. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop within 100 meters and hotels and supermarkets within a 500-meter walk. Regular cleaning, mapping, and garbage collection are conducted daily. The construction quality ensures excellent ventilation and amenities include a gym, club, parking, walking area, swimming pool, and elder sitting area. The community comprises friendly residents who celebrate various festivals like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Dusshera, Holi, and Diwali. read more
