Good things here
The neighborhood offers a serene environment with minimal pollution and traffic congestion. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop within 100 meters and hotels and supermarkets within a 500-meter walk. Regular cleaning, mapping, and garbage collection are conducted daily. The construction quality ensures excellent ventilation and amenities include a gym, club, parking, walking area, swimming pool, and elder sitting area. The community comprises friendly residents who celebrate various festivals like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Dusshera, Holi, and Diwali.
Things need improvement
The society faces water crisis issues, causing inconvenience to residents. Despite efforts to address the problem, such as regular maintenance and conservation measures, adequate water supply remains a challenge, impacting daily life and necessitating further attention and solutions.

Atmosphere of the society is very pleasent and good environment. Maintaining of lift is well. Connectivity is easily available.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are very inconvienent for emergency. Construction of aminities like swimming pool ,club house and gym is underway.

Gym and club house maintainance is maintaining well. Security in the society were very safe during nights. construction quality is average.Connectivity is near.

There is no swimming pool available in the society. Hospitals are not there infront of the sociey.Construction quality is very poor.
