Public transportation such as buses is also accessible within a 250-meter radius from the society. The parking area is very spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers within the apartment. The greenery in the society is decent. Kids have designated play areas in the park. Security is very good, with security guards actively working in the society. Schools are located approximately 300 meters away, within a convenient walking distance from the society, making it very convenient for residents.
Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. Additionally, there is no designated visitor parking area, forcing visitors to park outside the society on the roads. Maintenance charges are expensive. These issues should be addressed to enhance the overall quality of living and amenities within the society.

I moved out of this society, where during my time there, the rent was affordable, with minimal rates. This is a small community with only around 10 families residing. The majority of amenities and services have to be arranged by the residents themselves. The maintenance facilities, such as regular garbage collection, are good because municipal workers come regularly to this area. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with a Vijetha store nearby and children's hospitals within walking distance. There are also a few schools around within a 1 to 2 km radius of the society. The society has ample ground-floor parking.
There are a lot of seepage problems due to the construction was poor. The maintenance of the society is very poor because there is a shortage of water during summer and the management supplies water with tankers. There are no power backup options inside the society.
