Good one. Red brick Construction. Walkable distance to main road. basic amenities are available in this society. 24/7 water available.
Ventilation bit low on lower floor flats. Nothing that much negative in that society. Overall ok project in that location.

Connectivity works well for me, especially because I use my personal vehicle, and the society is connected by elevated roads, which is great. The maintenance of the society is satisfactory. Additionally, the society's proximity to my business place makes it very convenient for me.
The owner isn't very cooperative, and there are no festivals celebrated in the society. There are also no amenities like a pool, gym, or clubhouse. Additionally, there's very little interaction between residents, and the atmosphere feels quite negative.

As it's a single building, not part of a society, its location on the main road ensures good connectivity with easily available public transport. Maintenance of the building is good and cost-effective. Five years ago, when I lived there, the construction quality was good, and I never faced any issues like seepage, water leakage, or concerns related to the materials used in construction. There are sufficient parking spaces available as well.
As it's not a society, there aren't many amenities available. However, there are malls, restaurants, schools, and hospitals nearby. Unfortunately, there isn't a local market around.

Near To Shopping Malls and Near to 100 Feet Road . Good Connectivity To Travel. Newly developing area is also nearby in addition the main city is accessible
It can get a bit problematic because the network is not great, airtel or jio broadband does not work here so we have to go for local

Amenities and Near to Outer ring road Hyd Exit . Near to Inorbit Malls and only 40 mins from Hitech city
