The construction quality is excellent, with no issues like leakages or seepages reported. Well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and football court add to the overall appeal of the society.

Public transportation options such as buses are available but are located around 3 kilometers away from the society, which can be inconvenient for residents. Furthermore, the absence of a nearby metro station adds to transportation challenges. Parking areas within the society are congested, and there is no designated visitor parking, exacerbating the issue. Amenities are available and well-maintained in the society; the swimming pool is in good condition, the clubhouse is spacious, and the gym is well-equipped and spacious as well. The kids' play area is also very spacious in the society. We can celebrate some festivals like Independence Day, Republic Day, and other main festivals enjoyably in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and parking areas are also very spacious. There is a visitor parking area available in the society as well.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are very difficult to avail, especially during evening time mainly in the society. The construction quality is not good; there are some seepage issues in bathrooms and bedrooms, also there are leaks in bedroom walls. Roads are not good in some areas around 250 meters from the society; they should be improved. Security personnel are not doing well in the society. There are some issues with residents' permissions, allowing both families to stay; this is very convenient.
