Good things here
I like the easy connectivity to major IT hubs, offices, and malls from this project. The proximity to hospitals, schools, and other social amenities adds to the convenience of living here.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the poor public transport availability in the area makes it difficult to commute. High congestion and waterlogging during the monsoon season also pose challenges for residents.

I have to admit, I'm not a fan of the ongoing maintenance issues that seem to be a recurring problem in the project. The constant issues and the high charges for maintenance can really turn off potential buyers or renters. Moreover, the limited or poorly maintained amenities within the community are quite disappointing. Proper upkeep and a variety of amenities are essential for a comfortable living experience, which seems to be lacking in this project.

I am disappointed by the lack of proper maintenance of the common areas in the project. Problems such as dirty corridors and dysfunctional elevators are quite bothersome. Additionally, the high maintenance charges without corresponding quality of service are a major drawback for me as a tenant looking for value for money.

I used to live there, and I really liked how close it was to malls, hospitals, and IT hubs. It made life a lot easier. Plus, the community events and facilities were great, they really brought everyone together and made it feel like home.

On the downside, the maintenance wasn't up to par. There were often problems, and the fees were quite high. Also, the construction quality left something to be desired. There were issues like seepage and cracks in the walls, which made me question the durability of the property.
