Good things here
Conveniently located just outside the society are a variety of local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. Additionally, a hospital is situated nearby. A generous amount of parking space is allocated for all residents. The community is characterized by its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with many residents being pet-friendly. The society is equipped with CCTV surveillance, ensuring a robust security system. Security guards are present to further enhance safety measures.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is very far from the society. There is a lot of water logging issues around the roads Maintenance is very poor in the society. Garbage collections are done very irregularly which affects the overall hygeine. Elevators are installed but because of lack of maintenance the condition is very poor. Electricity is not at all stable, even in normal rainfall and storm power cuts happens a lot. Power backup is not available. Major water sortage issues happens time to time which is a serious problem for all. Flats are very conjested and rooms are not very well ventilated. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available but in very poor condition due to lack of maintenance The amenities can't be used. weekly maintainance are done, daily cleaning is not done.

Additionally, the well-maintained roads and regular garbage collection contribute to a clean and tidy living environment. The proximity of essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and markets further enhances the convenience. Each resident enjoys designated parking spaces, with proper regulations in place. Moreover, the presence of elevators, along with reliable electricity and water supply, adds to the overall convenience. There are no concerns regarding seepage or termite issues, and the proper ventilation, along with good plaster and fitting, ensures comfortable living. Furthermore, modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
There are some areas within the community where ventilation could be improved, leading to occasional discomfort for residents. Additionally, there have been instances where certain amenities have not been adequately maintained, which can affect the overall experience of residents. Addressing these issues promptly would further enhance the quality of life within the community.

Good things here
The Garbage collection is done on time, society looks after it. There are staffs appointed for garbage collection. I have not encountered any power cut issues in the society. The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together.
Things need improvement
There are sometimes leakage issues that arise in my appartment, construction quality is not upto the mark. At times issues takes a lot of time to be resolved by the society. There are no gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is excellent with clean surroundings, well-functioning lifts, and regular water tank cleaning. The construction is good with no leakage or cracks and good sunlight. The amenities include a garden, play area, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly.
Things need improvement
There are no auto, cab, metro, or bus services available, and the railway station is also far. The road quality is good, but there are no buses. There is also some seepage in the construction. Additionally, there is no swimming pool available in the amenities.
