The locality mainly comprise DDA Flats across several of its pockets from Pocket A to F. It is conveniently placed along Delhi-Meerut Expressway and enjoys easy accessibility to prominent areas of East Delhi, South Delhi, Central Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad. Presence of several parks, natural green belt and Sanjay Lake, improves the residential attractiveness of the locality. Physical infrastructure A robust road network comprising Delhi-Meerut Expressway, Noida Link Road and DND Flyway, offers widespread connectivity to the locality. Moreover, the Pink and Blue Lines of Delhi Metro, provides extensive reach, connecting it with distant and significant areas of Delhi NCR. Both, Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station and Anand Vihar Terminal are placed in near vicinity about 6-7 km and can be reached in 15-20 minutes.
