Connectivity via cabs and auto-rickshaws is easily available if booked online. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leakage issues. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily. Parking areas are spacious, and the area is very friendly. Security is excellent.
Hospitals are available, but they are around 15 kilometers from the society, which is inconvenient. The society is far from the city, so everything is far from the society, making it very inconvenient. Public transportation is barely available, and there is no nearby railway station. For groceries, residents have to go 10-15 kilometers, which is very inconvenient.

Having hospitals near to the society is benefical ,providing convient access to health care services in the society. Having a facilities like markets and glocery shops with in the society makes daily life more convienett for everything.
There is no lift in the society,It might be challenging for every one,espically those on higher floors. Amenities are not avilable in the society that should be concern. Maintainance should be improve in th e society.

Pollution in the surrounding areas detracts from the quality of our living environment and requires immediate remediation efforts. Additionally, the considerable distance of the railway station, approximately 10 kilometers away from our society, poses challenges for residents reliant on public transportation. Furthermore, enhancing the greenery within our society would not only beautify our surroundings but also contribute to a healthier and more sustainable living environment for all residents.

The maintenance of the lifts is excellent, with spacious elevators available. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3000 rupees. Additionally, various facilities such as markets, supermarkets, and fruit stalls are conveniently located within walking distance of the society.
The construction quality in the society is poor, evidenced by leakages in pipes and seepages in bathrooms. Additionally, the walls have cracks, indicating structural issues. Pollution is prevalent due to the proximity of the main road to the society.
