I enjoy living here as the schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply is available for 24 hrs without any breaks, and modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse is available and well-maintained.
The thing which I don't like here is that there are some cracks in the walls, and the plaster quality could have been better. The stairs are not cleaned regularly, and the overall cleanliness of the society needs improvement.

The society has good connectivity with autos, cabs, and metro access. There is a mall nearby, and it has good electricity and water supply with no leakage or seepage issues.
There is no lift, which is needed, and the ventilation is not good since it is an old building. Being a standalone building, there are no amenities, and people are less engaging.

This area enjoys a reliable and abundant water supply, with no shortage issues. The presence of well-maintained parks adds to its appeal, providing clean and hygienic recreational spaces. The roads are well-organized, and the transportation network is excellent, with readily available cabs such as Ola and Uber, as well as auto and bus services at regular intervals. Shops are conveniently located within walking distance, contributing to the overall convenience. Additionally, the proximity of hospitals and schools, despite being considered an outer area, is advantageous. The low pollution levels further enhance the quality of life, making it an attractive place to reside.
During the monsoon season, poor weather conditions often result in frequent power cuts in our locality. Additionally, the increasing use of private transport by residents has led to parking problems. Lack of metro connectivity and inadequate street lighting further exacerbate the challenges. Moreover, the absence of nearby markets results in higher costs for daily life products, while the limited public transport facilities make daily commuting difficult. Insufficient street lighting and poor police patrolling contribute to a sense of insecurity, especially at night, increasing the frequency of reported crimes. Furthermore, the absence of facilities and amenities within the society adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the living environment.

Society is very good and it has no leaks or seepage issues, demonstrating their commitment to maintenance. Gym and a well-maintained clubhouse reflect their emphasis on quality. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming. Water supply and electricity are supplied 24/7 in this society. Additionally, internet and phone services consistently deliver reliable performance.
The society was good and well-maintained. There were no issues with seepage or leakage. Construction quality was pretty good. The only thing was the absence of a swimming pool, which should be added to the society.

The maintenance charges were considered justified. Security was good, supported by CCTV cameras. Water supply was reliable with availability 24/7. Cleanliness standards were well-maintained throughout the society. Festivals were celebrated, reflecting community spirit, and residents were described as decent. A bus stand close to the society ensured easy access to public transportation, while autos were also readily available.
There were numerous construction-related issues in the flat, including leakage, seepage, and cracks, prompting us to vacate the premises. The society lacked modern amenities and did not have lifts, which further contributed to our decision to leave.

Despite the positives, there are significant drawbacks in the society. The maintenance is poor, particularly in terms of hygiene, which needs urgent attention. The social environment is also very disappointing, as the residents are generally unfriendly and particularly hostile towards pet owners. The anti-pet sentiment is strong, with some residents even demanding that pet owners disown their pets or leave the society. This unwelcoming attitude severely diminishes the overall living experience.

The neighbors celebrate festivals together and supportive to each other. The building of the society is strong without any cracks. The maintainence is also good beacuse the timely collection of garbage and cleanliness in the society.
The connectivity is limited because bus are not available and metro service is not there. Amenitites are not provided by the society like gym, clubhouse , gardens.

Connectivity is great like transpotation is easily available near by the society. High security system as thre are cctv in all the ares and 24/7 security gaurds are also available. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. maintenance charges are resonable and time to time painting is done in the society.
The build quality is average, with notable issues like leakage and seepage, especially during the rainy season. The amenities provided are limited, and the society lacks a swimming pool.

Traffic is not an issue near the society. Autos and buses are readily available nearby. Malls and restaurants are within walking distance. Cleanliness is maintained daily in the society, with garbage collection done regularly. There is round-the-clock water supply, and power cuts are not a problem. Flats are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents of the society are very pleasant. Keeping pets is allowed. Maintenance charges are reasonable, not excessive. The lifts are well maintained.
The roads outside the society are not up to the mark. there are no modern amenities available within the society.
