The construction quality of the buildings is outstanding, with no issues such as seepage or termite infestation, and proper ventilation and quality fittings enhance the living experience. Additionally, the regular garbage collection, with segregation of wet and dry waste, promotes cleanliness within the complex. With uninterrupted electricity and water supply, designated parking for each resident, and modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, every need is catered to. The sense of community among the friendly neighbors adds to the warmth of the environment, while the convenient location with easy access to public transport and nearby schools, hospitals, and markets makes daily life very comfortable.

However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The connectivity to the housing society is not the best, which can make commuting to other parts of the city somewhat challenging. Good things here
Its a small , good and compact society having good connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, and buses. Maintenance is excellent with clean surroundings, working lifts, garbage collection, and timely issue resolution without high fees. The construction is solid with no seepage or cracks, good ventilation, and sunlight. The neighborhood is friendly with no noise issues and good interaction.
Things need improvement
As its a small society so it lacks modern amenities like children play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs. The buildings here are also not that modernly build they also have a basic infrastructure .
