Good things here
Visited project on Snday, located close to Suchitra - Kompally road, Project is good in terms of quality, amenities, unit plans. Had good visit experience the project is almost ready to move. The developer is very cooperative and reliable. Model house is very good to visit once. 5900 price is reasonable for this project i feel, its negotiable the sales team says. For me its good that it is little #away from main road

Public transport accessible
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
Understanding and good landlords
Educated & decent residents
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Nice park and kids playarea
Lot of green & open space
Things need improvement
First time visitor need google map, else little time taking as its a new location rest i felt all good
