Amenities abound in this community, featuring a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, table tennis facilities, a community hall, a walking track, and a dedicated kids' play area. The society's maintenance team ensures cleanliness on a daily basis, while the lifts operate smoothly without any issues. Furthermore, residents enjoy uninterrupted 24*7 water and electricity supply. Construction-wise, the buildings are of high quality, with no history of leakage problems. The flats boast excellent ventilation, ensuring a comfortable living environment for all. Moreover, the people in the neighborhood are friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available within a walkable distance in the society. Parking area is very spacious, and there is a separate visitor parking area in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Maintenance of lifts is very good. The locality is very good; there is a lot of greenery and trees in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids play area are available and well-maintained in the society. There is a lot of free space for walking and fresh air. Ventilation of the flats is really good in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The roads are not in good condition, and the drainage is not in good condition either. The cleanliness is not good; the garbage fills up the roads, which is very inconvenient.

I used to enjoy morning walks in a large green area spanning about 1 acre. It's tranquil and conveniently located, with a bus stop, salons, shops, a school, and a hospital all within a kilometer. The roads are in good condition, well-lit with street lights, and there's ample parking. Our facilities include a swimming pool, basketball court, clubhouse, gym, yoga room, table tennis, walking track, children's play area, and a garden. We benefit from 24/7 water and power supply, regular garbage collection, and well-functioning lifts. The community is friendly and supportive.
Things need improvement
The lawn tennis court is currently out of order and requires improvement.
