Lotus Gardens Premium is very near to the main road, the railway station, bus stop, hospitals and schools.

BHEL is very close to Hyderabad and also IT hubs but not Shadnagar. From last 10 years how much Shadnagar grown , let's say for example some one purchased a HMDA /DTCP plot in Shadnagar for X cost 10 years before, what is current price, is it 2x or 3x? Definitely it will grow but takes time can can't compare with other growth areas.
