Autos are also conveniently found on the main road, and there are rental bikes available right in front of the society, adding to the convenience. Public transportation options like buses are nearby and within walking distance, making commuting hassle-free. Water facilities operate smoothly 24/7, with reliable power backup also in place. Waste management is commendable, with separate collection of wet and dry garbage at designated times. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the management of the society is efficient. The locality is spacious and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping services. Essential facilities such as grocery stores and supermarkets, as well as smaller shops, are conveniently located within a 200-meter walking distance from the city.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is unfortunately poor, with issues such as leakages and seepage present in both bathrooms and bedrooms. These leaks also affect the walls throughout the society. Additionally, the distance to the nearest hospital in case of emergencies is significant, approximately 3 kilometers away. Moreover, there is a lack of designated visitor parking areas within the society.

Leakages are non-existent due to the construction's superior quality. Connectivity is exceptional, with essential amenities like bus stops, supermarkets, groceries, clinics, hotels, and schools within a 2-minute radius. The roads are well-maintained, complemented by adequate street lighting and ample parking space. A plethora of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, and kids' play area enrich residents' lives. The community hall facilitates social gatherings. Maintenance services, including cleaning and garbage collection, are exemplary. Reliable water and power supply further enhance the residents' quality of life.

The major advantage of this society lies in its location and connectivity. It benefits from being within walking distance of a couple of prominent IT companies, as well as having 2 to 3 bus stops nearby. Additionally, within a 1 km radius, residents have access to schools, shopping malls, and supermarkets. The maintenance of society is commendable, with reasonable charges. The surroundings are cleaned daily, and garbage collection and disposal are efficiently managed. The elevators are well-maintained, ensuring smooth operations. The management and committee members are also efficient and responsive. The construction of the society meets high standards of engineering, with no issues such as water leakages. The society has excellent amenities including a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and a well-equipped children's play area.
Things need improvement
The major concern is the security features are not good due to unknown persons entering inside society without proper verification. The CCTV systems are also not working properly

In this society, there are four towers offering 2 BHK flats of 1000 square feet with decent space and good ventilation. The rooms are well-maintained, and sunlight is abundant. Security is tight with three gates and four strict guards ensuring safety by not allowing unknown individuals. The location is convenient with supermarkets, grocery stores, a bus stop within 100 meters, and a metro station within 500 meters. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. Road conditions are good, and each flat has a separate parking space. Regular garbage collection and proper lift maintenance are observed. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, sports courts, kids' play area, walking track, and small garden are available. During the COVID period, the community exhibited helpfulness and education.
Things need improvement
Noise pollution from the nearby main road is a concern in this society, impacting residents' quality of life and potentially affecting their peace and tranquility within their homes.

Connectivity, like cabs and taxis, is easily accessible in the vicinity if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 compared to other apartments. Garbage collection is excellent; they collect waste and recyclables separately in the society daily. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, badminton court, football court, and kids' playground are readily available and well-maintained in the society. The greenery of the society is very spacious and decent. Maintenance is very good.
Things need improvement
There is no visitor parking area in the society, which is very inconvenient. They have to park outside of the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Construction is also a minor issue, as there are some cracks on the outside of the buildings and some leakage in bathrooms, which is inconvenient.

Elevators are safe, and there's round-the-clock water and electricity supply. Construction has been issue-free.

Discrimination between South Indian and North Indian residents exists, reflecting divisive attitudes. Promoting cultural harmony and unity is essential for fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.

Additionally, the metro station and tech parks are conveniently located within a distance of 500 to 700 meters. The construction quality is commendable, as residents have never encountered seepage problems. Amenities such as the gym and play area are well-maintained, and the overall maintenance is excellent, with no water supply issues reported.
Things need improvement
The issue with management in this society is that pool maintenance and cleaning tasks take more than 6 to 7 hours, and additionally, the society does not allow bachelors.

The society is in a diverse and green area with a great overall environment. The apartments have excellent ventilation. The main road is nearby, making it easy to get around. Cafes and markets are within walking distance, so it�s very convenient for residents. People in the society are friendly and cooperative. Water is available 24/7, and there is power backup. The garbage collection service is efficient, collecting both wet and dry waste separately. Hospitals are just 1-2 kilometers away. Maintenance charges apply in the society.

Parking inside the society can be crowded and inconvenient because there are no meters or organized parking areas. More designated parking spaces would make it easier. Adding more greenery would also make the society look nicer.

Security is also safe during the night, very secure. Public transportation is also available nearby the society. Neighbors are very good in the society; they are very cooperative. Maintenance of the swimming pool is very good in the society. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Garbage collection is also good in the society on a daily basis.
