Public transportation options like buses are nearby and within walking distance, making commuting hassle-free. Water facilities operate smoothly 24/7, with reliable power backup also in place. Waste management is commendable, with separate collection of wet and dry garbage at designated times. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the management of the society is efficient. The locality is spacious and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping services. Essential facilities such as grocery stores and supermarkets, as well as smaller shops, are conveniently located within a 200-meter walking distance from the city.

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is unfortunately poor, with issues such as leakages and seepage present in both bathrooms and bedrooms. These leaks also affect the walls throughout the society. Additionally, the distance to the nearest hospital in case of emergencies is significant, approximately 3 kilometers away. Moreover, there is a lack of designated visitor parking areas within the society.

The surroundings are cleaned daily, and garbage collection and disposal are efficiently managed. The elevators are well-maintained, ensuring smooth operations. The management and committee members are also efficient and responsive. The construction of the society meets high standards of engineering, with no issues such as water leakages. The society has excellent amenities including a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and a well-equipped children's play area.

In this society, there are four towers offering 2 BHK flats of 1000 square feet with decent space and good ventilation. The rooms are well-maintained, and sunlight is abundant. Security is tight with three gates and four strict guards ensuring safety by not allowing unknown individuals. The location is convenient with supermarkets, grocery stores, a bus stop within 100 meters, and a metro station within 500 meters. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. Road conditions are good, and each flat has a separate parking space. Regular garbage collection and proper lift maintenance are observed. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, sports courts, kids' play area, walking track, and small garden are available. During the COVID period, the community exhibited helpfulness and education.

Connectivity, like cabs and taxis, is easily accessible in the vicinity if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 compared to other apartments. Garbage collection is excellent; they collect waste and recyclables separately in the society daily. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, badminton court, football court, and kids' playground are readily available and well-maintained in the society. The greenery of the society is very spacious and decent. Maintenance is very good.

There is no visitor parking area in the society, which is very inconvenient. They have to park outside of the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Construction is also a minor issue, as there are some cracks on the outside of the buildings and some leakage in bathrooms, which is inconvenient.

The society is in a diverse and green area with a great overall environment. The apartments have excellent ventilation. The main road is nearby, making it easy to get around. Cafes and markets are within walking distance, so it�s very convenient for residents. People in the society are friendly and cooperative. Water is available 24/7, and there is power backup. The garbage collection service is efficient, collecting both wet and dry waste separately. Hospitals are just 1-2 kilometers away. Maintenance charges apply in the society.

Parking inside the society can be crowded and inconvenient because there are no meters or organized parking areas. More designated parking spaces would make it easier. Adding more greenery would also make the society look nicer.

Maintenance of the swimming pool is very good in the society. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Garbage collection is also good in the society on a daily basis.
