Good things here
Evolving Location. This area is recently booming, with a lot of commercial establishments. Decent place for families.
Things need improvement
Pending Amenities Its a newly built Apartment, but incomplete Construction But Residents are cooperative. No issues.

Good things here
Parking lot numbers are not being assigned to anyone yet inspite of flat owners running behind the agent who is taking care of the project on behalf of the builder. There are only a few labours who are not paid and therefore they keep asking the flat owners for the money to do the pending work. Amenities mentioned here in the description are not actually available. The pool is built but there is no water or other fitting. Gym, community space is just on paper. Please take a visit to the parking lot and other stuff to see the reality.
Things need improvement
No Gym, community space etc, Half built swimming pool and unmarked parking lots. Work is too slow in the project
