Reasonable Maintenance charges like 1900/- Per Month. Trichy Corporation is collecting Garbages Everyday . Center of the Trichy Near to GH, Thillainagar , Central Railways and Centre Bus Stand. Gym, Indoor Sports, Swimming pool and Children's play Area.
