Good things here
The neighborhood has friendly and respectful neighbors. A security guard ensures safety. Public transport, including buses, autos, and cabs, is easily accessible on well-maintained roads. Garbage collection is consistent, and essential amenities like hospitals and markets are nearby. Residents enjoy designated parking, and elevators are well-maintained. Electricity and water supply are reliable. The buildings are constructed with top-quality materials, providing excellent ventilation and sunlight, with no issues like cracks, leakage, or seepage. Amenities such as a gym, garden, swimming pool, parks, play area, and clubhouse are well-kept and available to residents.
Things need improvement
Residents face no issues in the society as maintenance is timely and efficient, ensuring everything is kept clean and neat. The proactive management keeps the living environment in excellent condition.

Good things here
The society boasts spacious grounds and has never encountered any construction-related issues such as wall cracks or seepage. It enjoys easy access to local transportation options. The residents are known for their friendliness and cooperation. There's an ample water supply, and the parking area is generously sized with dedicated visitor parking. The environment is free from noise and air pollution, and security personnel ensure round-the-clock safety.
Things need improvement
The metro station and shopping malls are conveniently located around 1km away from the society. However, the society itself lacks modern amenities. There's a traffic jam issue on the main road nearby. The building, being old, doesn't have balconies.

Good things here
The electricity and water supply are regular, which is very convenient. Security is well-managed with CCTV cameras and security guards available. Public transport is easily accessible, including buses, autos, and cabs. There is regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation. Each resident has designated parking, and there are no seepage or termite issues. The plaster and fittings are up to the mark.
Things need improvement
The main dislike and thing which according to me should be there is regarding amenities as there are no amenities available here like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse. Adding this would increase the overall experience of people of the society.

The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, a clubhouse, and various indoor games. There's also dedicated parking, which is a huge convenience. The cleanliness is impeccable, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment.
Things need improvement
The connectivity, amenities, cleanliness, and community are all excellent, but it almost lacks that unique character or charm that comes from a place with a few quirks or areas to improve. It's so well-maintained and managed that it can feel a bit sterile or impersonal at times.
