Good things here
The society fulfils all the requirement of a well settled society . Its well connected , constructed and maintained proving you all the amenities inside it .
Things need improvement
All the facilities provided are very well but there is an issue of guest parking whenever there are guests in your house you have look for a parking space or you have to ask others for that.

Good things here
Society is peaceful and very nicely maintained. It has a play area and gym in each building and is very spacious. Easy access to any facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house , hospital etc.
Things need improvement
Society is yet to be formed. Currently it is maintained by the builder. Parking list is sperate. Our house is vastur compliant and others are not.

The society has excellent connectivity with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. There is designated parking for residents, and garbage collection is regular. The elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent with no issues of seepage, leakage, or termites, and there is proper ventilation. Amenities like a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and we have been living here for a long time. CCTV cameras and a security guard ensure safety.
Things need improvement
There are no dislikes because the society is exceptionally well-maintained. Everything from the cleanliness to the facilities is taken care of efficiently, ensuring a comfortable living experience for all residents. The management promptly addresses any concerns, keeping everyone satisfied.

There was no major issue with anything everything was well maintained but the major issue was the lighting. Lighting should be improve in the society. There were no issue with water supply and electricity issue. .
