Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a very spacious visitors parking area. Facilities available within a walkable distance from the society are very convenient. Connectivity, like cabs, is available if we book Ola and Uber, and autos are available nearby the society, which is very convenient. Schools are nearby the society, within a walkable distance of around 300 meters, and school vans can also enter the society.
There is no public transportation like buses within 2 kilometers from the society. The construction quality is very poor in the society, with a lot of seepage issues. There is a mosquito issue in my flats, and pollution is also a problem in the society because of the nearby main road. Traffic issues are also present nearby.

Maintenance charges are reasonable, and we enjoy 24/7 water and power supply. The buildings are well-painted, the lifts function smoothly, and daily cleaning is diligently carried out. Regular garbage collection is also ensured. Construction-wise, there are no issues with leakage, and the rooms are well-ventilated.
The roads in our society are not in good shape; they have potholes and uneven surfaces. This makes commuting difficult, affecting convenience and raising concerns about vehicle safety and damage.

The connectivity of the area is excellent, with bus stops, supermarkets, saloons, shops, ATMs within 1 km radius. Street lights are working well, and amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, children's play area, and gardens are available. The surrounding people are friendly, we know each other, and they are good at talking and maintaining community relationships. The maintenance team collects garbage every morning, and water is available anytime. Construction-wise, we get good ventilation on our balconies.
The road conditions are poor, and parking space is congested. Waterlogging issues arise during the rainy season. Maintenance is below par, with frequent power cuts and issues with the lifts getting stuck. Additionally, there are numerous cracks and seepages throughout the building.

I moved out of this society around 5 years ago. This society had well maintained amenities, including a swimming pool, walking paths, water supply, and ventilation, along with a clubhouse. Nearby, residents have access to schools, hospitals, and grocery stores conveniently situated for easy access. Maintenance is consistently high, with regular cleanliness checks and prompt rectification of any issues.
There is no access to public transportation nearby, such as bus facilities. The gym in the society is very small. There is sound pollution due to vehicles. The construction quality is not up to the mark.
