Transportation connectivity is good, thanks to well-maintained roads. Maintenance is satisfactory, ensuring cleanliness, and electricity is supplied regularly. There's a nearby garden, and the residents of the society are cooperative.

The construction quality is poor, evident from seepage and leakage issues in the walls during rainy seasons, and the plaster quality is also subpar. Furthermore, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are absent, and the available area is quite limited.

Good things here

There's lots of natural light and excellent ventilation. Among the facilities are parks, a clubhouse, a playground, a garden, a swimming pool, and a gym. Residents of the building have great access, plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, and well-maintained elevators. Regular cleaning and trash removal are performed. The exceptional quality of the building, which is unaffected by termites, leaks, seepage, or fissures, is something the neighborhood is extremely proud of. The supply of electricity and water is constant. Access to cabs, buses, and other public transportation is simple. There is a security guard on duty. The roads are in decent condition, and a subway is being constructed close by. Schools, hospitals, and markets are all conveniently located.
