Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good, with buses and cab services being available nearby. The metro station was quite nearby. Maintenance was fine with timely disposal of waste and garbage. Residents were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There were network issues, telecom connectivity was poor. Construction quality was average with old infrastructure. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. The parking area should be improved.

Good things here
The connectivity is top-notch, with everything available nearby the society. Maintenance is excellent, with timely lift management, garbage picking, and cleaning. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

The society is very good with excellent maintenance and connectivity. However, I think it would be much better if there were more amenities available.

Good things here
Living in this society has been a wonderful experience. The community is incredibly cooperative and helpful, and we celebrate all festivals together, which creates a warm, inclusive atmosphere. The amenities here are fantastic, including a gym, swimming pool, and park. The lift maintenance is always done on time, and the cleanliness is consistently maintained. Additionally, transportation is convenient with autos and buses easily available nearby. I haven't faced any issues related to seepage or leakage in the flats, which is a huge relief. Overall, it's a great place to live!

As per my experience, I haven't had to face any issues in the society. It is a well-maintained community with all the facilities available within the premises.

Good things here
There is excellent auto, subway, and taxi service with excellent connectivity. Reliable maintenance is provided, including waste collection, routine cleaning, and elevator service. There are very few problems with the construction, like as seepage. There is enough sunlight and water available.
Things need improvement
There are very few amenities, including no park, playground for kids, gym, clubhouse, garden, pool, security. Despite the pleasant behavior, there is need for improvement.

Roads around the society were of good quality,no water logging issues during rainy season. security sytem was great and society was very well maintained. build quality is also big plus.
Things need improvement
This society is just stand alone building which consist of few floors,and there are no amenities present in the society. Limited parking has been provided,first come fisrt parking sytem is there in the society.
