Good things here
The convenient connectivity options available in the area. Easy access to malls, hospitals, and markets adds to the convenience of daily life. Moreover, the low traffic and availability of public transport are significant advantages for me.

The lack of proper maintenance in the project. Issues keep cropping up frequently, and the maintenance charges seem unreasonably high. This can be quite frustrating for residents like me who expect a certain level of upkeep in the property.

Good things here
One of the things I really like about the society is the well-kept amenities, such as the swimming pool and gym. These attractive features make renting out a home much easier. Additionally, having a clubhouse and park adds value to the property and makes it a comfortable place to live for residents.

There are some aspects of the society that I'm not fond of. Ongoing problems with infrastructure and transportation facilities can really disrupt daily life for tenants. Additionally, the lack of adequate parking arrangements, caused by the builder's malpractices, is a significant inconvenience that raises concerns about the project's overall quality.
