The connectivity of the society is good; autos, buses, and other public transport options are easily available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is very poor in our society. There is no cleanliness, and we have not been receiving water for a month; we have to arrange water ourselves. The lifts are not functioning properly; they often break down. Although there are modern amenities, they are not maintained at all.

Good things here
Power cuts were never a problem because the society had backup power for both flats and common areas. Water supply was reliable 24/7. Residents were friendly, and we celebrated festivals together. Malls and restaurants were conveniently close by, and there was plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. All modern amenities were available. Connectivity was excellent, with autos and buses easily accessible nearby.
Things need improvement
Some of the flats had cracks on the walls. The metro station was not within walking distance; you needed to take an auto to reach it.

Seepage continues to be a prevalent and urgent issue throughout the community, leading to the formation of a new organization to address this concern. Despite numerous attempts, the builder has been unresponsive to residents' requests for resolution. The ongoing water crisis further exacerbates the challenges faced by residents.

I'm really pleased with the convenience of having public transportation options like auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available; it makes getting around effortless. The well-maintained roads and street lights not only enhance safety but also contribute to a pleasant ambiance throughout the neighborhood. It's fantastic that parking spots are allocated, ensuring that residents always have a designated space for their vehicles. Even though garbage disposal might be collective rather than segregated, the timely painting of the area adds to its aesthetic appeal, making it more attractive. It's reassuring that the elevator is functional and that there are no issues with essential utilities like water and electricity, as well as no problems with seepage or leakage. The presence of proper ventilation and the provision of all modern amenities greatly improve the overall quality of life here. The newly operated CCTV system offers additional peace of mind regarding security. And perhaps most importantly, the friendly demeanor of the residents fosters a strong sense of community, making this place truly feel like home.

I'm glad that we have access to public transportation and designated parking spaces here. It's reassuring to know that the elevators are reliable, making it easy to get to our homes. Having a continuous electricity supply is definitely a huge plus, although occasional cuts during summers can be inconvenient. Good ventilation makes living here comfortable too. Plus, having a gym and clubhouse available is a great amenity that fosters a sense of community among residents. The friendly atmosphere created by the people living here really adds to the overall positive experience.

The ongoing water shortage is a significant inconvenience that needs prompt attention from the management. Additionally, delays in painting maintenance reflect a lack of focus on upkeep, which impacts the overall aesthetic appeal of the society. While the elevators function properly, the presence of leakage and seepage is concerning and requires immediate attention to prevent further damage. The unavailability of the swimming pool is disappointing, especially considering its potential to enhance recreational activities for residents.

Living in our society is personally quite convenient and comfortable for me. We enjoy excellent connectivity, with various public transportation options easily accessible nearby. Nearby amenities such as shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants make daily tasks hassle-free. I'm satisfied with the maintenance standards; cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained, and garbage collection is prompt. Our water supply is reliable, and the drainage system effectively prevents waterlogging issues. The construction quality of our buildings is impressive, as we haven't encountered any issues like seepage or leakage. I also appreciate the amenities available to us, including balconies, a reliable security system with guards and CCTV surveillance, and recreational facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids.

My society is in top-notch condition! From cleanliness to facilities upkeep, everything is spot on. Right now, there's honestly no area that needs improvement.

The absence of nearby metro connectivity and the persistent traffic congestion make my daily commute quite challenging. It requires a significant amount of time and effort to reach the metro station, and once I'm on the road, the traffic congestion exacerbates the situation, making it even more frustrating. Navigating through traffic with my car becomes a hassle and adds unnecessary stress to my day.

Plus, the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards really makes a difference in our living environment. Garbage collection is always on point, and I never have to worry about water or electricity. Having plenty of parking space within our community is a huge plus, and I'm impressed with the quality of construction in our buildings. Knowing we have security measures in place, like guards and CCTV, adds to my peace of mind. And the recreational facilities here are top-notch�a gym, pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for the kids�it's all here. Having a lift is just the cherry on top, making it easy to get around. But above all, it's the friendly vibe among all the residents that makes living here such a joy. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

Malls and restaurants are conveniently located near the society, with easily accessible public transport and a nearby market. Fortunately, there are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flat, and all modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are regularly serviced, and cleanliness is diligently maintained throughout the society. Water supply is available 24/7, and the residents are well-mannered. Adequate parking is provided for both residents and visitors, and the society allows pets and bachelors.

The metro station or railway station wasn't close to the society; it was quite far and required traveling by auto to reach there.
