The society is well-connected by road, and its location is amazing. Connectivity is convenient, with public transport options like autos and cabs easily available just outside. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are nearby. Ample parking space is allocated to all residents. The society is well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards. Ventilation is good, and the layouts are nice, with big and spacious bedrooms. There are no stray dog issues. The society offers excellent facilities and amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, play area for kids, and a salon. The greenery is well-maintained. Residents are friendly and cooperative
Despite paying fees, the overall maintenance in the society is poor, with issues in lift operations, cleaning, and water tank maintenance. Additionally, there are cracks in the walls throughout the society.

Additionally, there is leakage in the parking area on the third-floor podium that needs prompt maintenance. The road quality around the society is very poor, leading to traffic congestion.

All modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, play area, and garden are available and well-maintained. Autos, malls, and restaurants are all nearby. There were no leakages in the flats. Sunlight properly enters all rooms. It's a pet-friendly society. Separate parking is available for visitors. The roads outside the society are wide. The people are very friendly, and it's a pet-friendly society. The society is very clean.
There was a slight issue with the pipeline, which caused water not to be available 24/7. The power backup was only for common areas. There were some cracks on the walls. Due to the new construction, there was an issue with pollution.

There are no traffic issues near the society. Maintenance charges are justified, and there is enough parking for residents. Power cuts are not an issue in the society.
Since the society is 20 years old, it may be necessary to replace the old lifts with new ones. The maintenance of the clubhouse, including the gym, is currently handled by the builder and needs better upkeep. For visitors, outside parking is available in the society.

I am very happy with our society! The connectivity is great, maintenance is always done on time, and garbage is picked up regularly. The cleaning is done often, the construction quality is good with no seepage or water logging. Overall, it�s a wonderful place to live.
I am disappointed that while the park is available, the clubhouse is not working. It's frustrating to have these amenities but not be able to use the clubhouse. I hope the management fixes this soon.

There were no issues of leakage, seepage, or cracks in my flat. Connectivity was good; autos were easily available. Residents were cooperative and decent. All festivals were celebrated in the society.
There were several maintenance issues in the society, such as insufficient water supply during summers, cleanliness problems, and poorly maintained lifts. Some flats also had issues with leakage and seepage. The society lacked any modern amenities.

Society connectivity was very good. Getting around is convenient due to well-planned transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Additionally markets services and schools are strategically located nearby for easy access. CCTV cameras are working properly and there is sufficient space for parking. Furthermore, a spacious park contributes significantly to the neighborhood's appeal. It serves as a wonderful space for children to play and fosters a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
There were no amenities in the society which should be added. Maintenance should be improved. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse should be included.
