Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. The people are very friendly in the community. The construction quality is very good, with no seepage or leakage issues. The maintenance of the society is excellent, and the water facilities are very good. Power backup is available, and garbage collection is very efficient, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the society. Maintenance costs are reasonable. Public transportation is easily accessible, with several options available within walking distance. Parking is very spacious in the society. There are shops within walking distance, offering a variety of services and products. Green spaces are abundant and well-kept. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable shops are also available within walking distance.
There is no visitors' parking in the society. There is no metro station nearby. There is a pollution issue around the society. Additionally, there is no traffic issue around the society.

I really appreciate the good connectivity here, with autorickshaws and cabs readily available, plus having a bus stand right outside is super convenient. Living in an IT area means everything I need is close by, including a handy market just outside the society gates. The neighbors are really friendly and down-to-earth. The society does a great job with regular garbage collection and sorting, and they've got designated parking spots with clear rules, which is a relief. Inside, the apartments are well-ventilated and have just the right amount of space. And it's nice having modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are kept in good shape.
But there are a few things that could be better. The children's garden is a bit underwhelming, and we've had some leakage issues with pipelines and the common washrooms. Also, considering the price we paid, I expected the walls to be stronger.

The society benefits from excellent connectivity, situated on a main road with easy access to public transport. The well-maintained roads lead to nearby schools, hospitals, and markets, making daily life convenient. The construction quality is impressive, ensuring no seepage or termite issues and providing proper ventilation. The interiors feature good plaster and fitting, while regular garbage collection with segregation adds to the cleanliness. Additionally, the presence and upkeep of the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool enhance the living experience.
Compared to my current residence, I find the amenities here somewhat lacking. The facilities overall are fewer in number. I also found that the 1 BHK units were preferable to the 2 BHKs in this society. Although relatively minor, there were occasional disturbances caused by a few residents in one tower, but it wasn't a pervasive issue.

Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently close. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are diligently followed. Reliable electricity and water supply are provided. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, ensuring convenience. CCTV cameras and security guards enhance safety. Regular garbage collection with segregation contributes to cleanliness.
Due to not knowing Tamil, interactions with people were limited, which affected community engagement. There were issues with termites, pests, and seepage in the apartment, which posed maintenance challenges.

No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
No concern at all in the society , i am completely satisfied with all the facilities provided . Its a great society, my stay have been very comfortable till now without any issues.

The guards remain active at all times. The society has all the amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks. The neighbors are also good and helpful when needed. The cleanliness is well-maintained and it doesn't get too dirty.
The railway station is very far from the society, making it inconvenient for residents to access train services. This distance adds significant travel time and can be particularly challenging for daily commuters. As a result, reliance on other modes of transportation becomes necessary.

The neighbouring neighbourhood features a garden, park, swimming pool, and gym. There is no trash laying about, and cleaning is completed on schedule. There aren't any pest issues. The homes are large and roomy, and the community has all the amenities one could want.
People are content with every amenity and have no trouble taking advantage of society. Everything they want is conveniently located, and everything about this place is satisfactory to everyone.

The apartment offers good connectivity, with shopping malls, hospitals, and cabs within a 10-minute walk. Maintenance charges in their society are considered expensive by residents. Despite the high costs, they expect satisfactory maintenance services and amenities.

The society maintains daily cleaning through good housekeeping services. 24/7 water and power availability ensure smooth functioning. Within 2 km, residents access supermarkets, malls, schools, hospitals, and groceries. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, and children's play area are functional. The community celebrates various religious festivals like Pongal, Diwali, Holi, Christmas, and New Year's. Additionally, each block is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance for enhanced security.
Some walls in the society are poorly sealed, compromising their quality. Additionally, the window grills are weak, posing a security risk. Maintenance is required to address these issues promptly.
