Every building has the fastest elevators, a good water supply, perfect drainage and sewage systems. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it's an outstanding choice for everyone who are looking for an expensive residence.

There are some negative factors that I have to include here. Lots of potholes have been found in the highways and roadways of this place due to the lack of maintenance of the authority which creates fatal accidents as we reported but government is not taking care of it. Waterlogging issues on the streets have been reported here due to lackness of retaining properly. To reach the nearest metro station we have to depend on cabs in this are. There is no streetlights in the roads of this vicinity which is quite a dissatisfaction for the inhabitants.

This place is one of the strongest real estate market of North India, this locality also has a mix of properties in the amenity, central and accessible section. I like this place so much because this is well connected via NH-24, FNG, Taj and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. For that, I can easily reach to Delhi.
