The society offers easy cab availability, ample parking for residents and guests, tight security, well-maintained lifts, daily cleaning, and a good hygiene level. There is a power backup for the entire society, and amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, play area, walking area, basketball, and cricket courts are well-maintained. Most of the people in the society are friendly and helpful.
The roads outside the society are not good, and the garbage disposal is combined without segregation despite complaints. The construction quality is not good, with issues like door frames coming out due to strong winds and seepage problems during the rainy season. The power backup can be problematic during power cuts, and about 20% of the residents are not cooperative.

Security apps were not used, but the security in the society was very good. There was plenty of greenery. The lifts were well-maintained. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. There were no issues with power cuts in the flats. There was an adequate water supply. The roads outside the society were good, and shops for daily use items were available just outside the society.
Autos were not available near the society; one had to walk to the main road to find them. The society had power backup only for common areas. Flats had many construction-related issues such as leakage, seepage, and cracks.

You can easily catch Ola and Uber in our society. We don't have any issues with leaks or seepage. All the modern amenities are here and well taken care of. Plus, the residents are friendly and cooperative.
Public transport is tough to find, and the shared autos are often overcrowded. We deal with a lot of electricity issues like flickering lights and high bills. Maintenance fees are quite high, and our water supply isn't from the city; it comes from underground sources.

There are no issues with power cuts or water supply in the society. Water is available 24/7. The residents are cooperative. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. Public transport, including autos and buses, is easily available.
There is a significant issue with stray dogs in the society. The outer walls of the society need painting. The outer area also requires maintenance and renovation.

The maintenance here is just okay and definitely needs improvement. I�ve also faced issues with seepage and leakage, which really need to be addressed. Overall, these aspects have been disappointing.

Nice society having great school nearby and hospitals are easy to get to. Residents can enjoy a swimming pool and clubhouse, and the community is gated for safety. Plus, there's plenty of parking available.

There is no other issue . everything in this society is great. maintenance should be slidely better.
