The project hosts in its lap exclusively designed Residential Apartments, each being an epitome of elegance and simplicity. I love the space and location of the project which is still under development. Overall, my wife liked the purchased and we are shifting soon.

Firstly let me talk about design and construction- façade is imposing and made of glass. Every apartment in Hiranandani Lake Verandahs is finely designed with modern touch. Also, there is the ultra posh neighborhood. Park, security, children's play area, fire safety, gym and other amenities are worth to be here.

The Hiranandani Lake Verandahs is equipped with all the modern facilities and amenities, such as Earth quake resistant, High Ceiling, Large Clubhouse, Large Open space, Grand Entrance lobby, Premium branded fittings, and others. Location isn't that great and is not connected well with other areas.

Yelachenahalli is the closest Metro Station (8 km), connecting to retail and commercial hubs - Jayanagar and KR Market. The inside roads are well built and are cleaned regularly. The maintenance is done regularly. Also, the management staff is also responsive. The security guards and installed CCTV cameras gives a sense of security. The connectivity is good as the cabs reach here without any hassle. Furthermore, the metro station is also nearby. Lots of grocery shops, gym, ATMs, schools, colleges and malls are available nearby.

There are ample rentals units available in the locality with a majority of them being semi-furnished. Good colleges, shops and other facilities are also easily accessible. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is much safer place for family and working parents who can work in office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. I feel that the prices are nit higher as compared to the competitors otherwise it is a good place to invest or live.

Strategic location along NH-48 and a distance of hardly 5 km from NH-44 make it a prominent housing market. Also, the sunlight enters the home which gives a positive feel. The well constructed houses and flats and there is no connectivity problem reaching here. The construction of inside as well outside homes is of very good. The nearby railway station makers it easier to reach the destination in no time. Also, the bus/auto stand is available at a walking distance. The other amenities like shopping malls, grocery shops, ATMs, gym, jogging parks are available inside the society.
