Good things here
The basketball court and badminton court are considerably well-constructed with a nice overview. Jio sim gets the best connectivity inside the society.
Things need improvement
The playground isn't very well constructed for the kids to play, and the society doesn't have any biometric security measures in place.

The area features a swimming pool, a large park and various sports centers for people who enjoy physical activity. Good connectivity and easy commute options as well.

It's an industrial location with nearby access to public transport, especially the metro station. It's a good area if you've just shifted to Noida for a job.

Most apartments barely get any sunlight, thanks to the terrible building design. The promised 'breathtaking views' are actually just a view of the neighbor's laundry drying.

Good things here
The power supply is regular, and the society is very clean. If you enjoy flats with plenty of brightness and airy balconies, these flats are the perfect choice for you.
Things need improvement
The builder promised possession by 2024, but currently, only half of the construction is completed, and possession of the flats has not been transferred yet.

I have been living here for a very long time, and my stay has been peaceful so far. Everything is available within accessible range.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the buildings has suffered some damage over time, and they aren't maintained properly. Additionally, the common areas of the society aren't looked after as well.
