Bus and cab services are readily available, ensuring convenient transportation options. The absence of seepage issues and timely garbage collection adds to the cleanliness and hygiene of the society. Moreover, the assurance of safety during nighttime contributes positively to residents' peace of mind.
Things need improvement
While there may not be any obvious problems that need fixing in this society, the fact that people aren't very friendly is worrying. It seems like everyone is too focused on their education and jobs to spend time together and be close. Even though there aren't any big issues, it feels like something's missing because people aren't very welcoming or connected.

Good things here
Cabs are readily available around the society. CCTV cameras are installed and operational throughout the premises. The lifts function properly, ensuring convenience for residents. The construction quality of the buildings is good, with no issues of seepage or leakage in the flats. The residents are friendly and cooperative, and they celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
The society does not have amenities such as a gym or swimming pool. Personally, I have not encountered any issues in the society that require improvement.

The connectivity of the Society was very good, there was no problem in commuting anywhere, all public transport was available outside�the�Society.

The society was quite old, hence its construction quality had started deteriorating and it was not even maintained�well.

On a positive note, the construction within the community was done properly, and the amenities were well-maintained, ensuring a satisfactory living environment for residents.
Things need improvement
I no longer live in this community. One notable issue during my time there was the prevalence of stray dogs, which posed a significant concern. Additionally, the society app, meant for communication and management, did not function reliably.

All the facility like club house,swiming pool, gym, park all are there. location is good. roads are good.
Things need improvement
Water supply issue for 2-3 days . seepage problem arises in bathroom, wash area. no amenitis like club house ,gym,park,play ground nothing is there.

The connectivity is good,people are good to talk . the maintenance of the buildings and in the society are good.

This is a government society. M. C. D. works there. there should be a gym, swimming pool,clubhouse,shopping complex.
