The social life in the society benefits from this camaraderie, fostering bonds through regular gatherings and events. Despite the lack of formal amenities, residents find ways to engage and interact, enriching their living experience.
Things need improvement
Just the absence of amenities is a significant drawback for many residents. The lack of parks, playgrounds, gyms, or community centers limits recreational and fitness options within the society. Maintenance issues are also a concern, with some buildings showing signs of wear and needing renovation. This has led to frustrations among homeowners regarding the upkeep and appearance of their properties. While connectivity is praised, there are ongoing challenges with the infrastructure, such as occasional power outages or water supply issues, which can disrupt daily life. Addressing these shortcomings would significantly improve the overall quality of life for residents in the housing society.

However, there are a few downsides. The building is old, and the maintenance is not always up to the mark, which can sometimes affect the overall condition of the surroundings. Moreover, there are no pool facilities and limited other amenities, which can be disappointing for those looking for more recreational options within the society. Despite these issues, the excellent connectivity, solid construction, and great social life make it a pleasant place to live.

We have nice, friendly, and humble neighbors, and security guards are always available. Connectivity is excellent, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily accessible, and the roads are well-maintained. Garbage collection is regular, and essential amenities such as hospitals and markets are nearby. Each resident enjoys designated parking with well-followed rules. Elevators are installed and maintained, and we have reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage, seepage, or termites, and homes have proper ventilation with modern amenities like the gym, garden, and clubhouse available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There are no dislikes; everything in our society meets our needs perfectly. From the friendly and humble neighbors to the excellent security, connectivity, and well-maintained amenities, every aspect contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.

Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and connectivity is good with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are well-maintained, and garbage is collected regularly with proper segregation. Elevators are installed and maintained, and we have reliable electricity and water supply. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, creating a pleasant community. The construction quality is excellent, with no termite issues, and homes have proper ventilation with good plaster and fittings.
Things need improvement
However, there are some drawbacks. There is seepage, and the society lacks amenities such as clubs, a gym, a garden, parks, a play area, and a swimming pool. Additionally, parking is not designated.

I really appreciate the convenience of having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The connectivity is fantastic, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The society does a great job with regular garbage collection, including proper wet and dry segregation. The elevators are always in good working order, and the construction quality is excellent with no issues like seepage or termites. The ventilation is good, and the plaster and fittings are solid. There's also a nice clubhouse that's well-maintained. Plus, the neighbors are friendly, helpful, and very well-mannered.
Things need improvement
The only thing missing is a swimming pool and a gym. I think having these amenities would add a lot to our recreational options. Other than that, everything here is great.

Good things here
The availability of auto, taxi, metro, and train station services makes commuting highly convenient. Effective rubbish collection and routine cleaning ensure that the maintenance is well-managed. The living areas are light and spacious because of the buildings' excellent ventilation and natural light. The occupants' safety and comfort are increased by the superb security.
Things need improvement
The lack of a gym, garden, kids play area, swimming pool, clubs, or park in the neighborhood restricts the leisure alternatives available to the residents. Despite the sometimes surprising unavailability of these amenities. The neighborhood is fine but not actually outstanding.
