Good things here
The road conditions surrounding the society are excellent, and streetlights function properly both during the day and at night, enhancing safety for residents. Lifts within the society are operational, ensuring convenience for residents and facilitating easy access to different floors. Regular maintenance tasks, including paintings and waterproofing, are carried out on time to uphold the aesthetics and structural integrity of the buildings. Elevators are properly maintained and functional, providing reliable service to residents. The neighborhood surrounding the society is pleasant, with residents coming together to celebrate various events and festivals, fostering a sense of community. Public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, ensuring convenient connectivity for residents. Traffic issues are minimal, contributing to smooth travel in the area and further enhancing the overall convenience of living in the society.
Things need improvement
The lack of nearby amenities such as market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants presents a challenge for residents, who must rely on online delivery services for their daily needs. Unfortunately, the construction quality of the buildings leaves much to be desired, with issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems causing damage to properties. Furthermore, the absence of amenities in this standalone building, including parks, exacerbates the situation. The limited parking space available often leads to chaos, and the absence of guest parking further complicates matters for residents and visitors alike.

Good things here
The parking space in the society is huge, and so is the space around the society, the people and roads make it okay to live. The building looks good and the quality of the was at par. The frequent cultural events were a good reason to reside.
Things need improvement
There was constant issue of water, and the electricity power outrages and cuts were frequent. There was no security of the society to rely on, hence providing an unsafe environment for the residents. The lift would frequently stop working.

Good things here
I used to live here, and it was a good experience overall. The connectivity is great, making it easy to get around. Maintenance and construction were well-handled, and the neighbourhood was friendly.
Things need improvement
While the connectivity, maintenance, construction, and neighborhood were good, there were no amenities in the society itself. This was a bit inconvenient, though amenities were available outside. The lack of amenities within the society was the main downside of living here.

Good things here
The society benefits from its proximity to Nasik Fata highway, and local markets and transport are easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, and the balconies are generously sized. Water supply is consistent, without any issues. The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance in place. Additionally, the lifts are well-maintained within the society.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood isn't upscale, mostly with individual houses, which can make it feel unsafe at times. It's a standalone building without any community facilities, and the parking area is cramped with limited space to maneuver four-wheeled vehicles. Additionally, there are no celebrations or festivals organized within the community.

Construction quality of this place is good. This pl;ace is not congested at all. There are ample amounts of spaces available in society. Kids and teengers have enough space for their fun time.

Parking areas are quite large and spacious around this place. Management of this place is nice and attentive. They take care of the cleanliness and other important facilities on a regular basis.

Electricity and water supply are quite regular here. The WFH index is quite nice here. Security and safety measures are quite nice here. Security cameras are installed in necessary places.
