Good ventilation in the flats enhances living comfort. Nearby supermarkets and markets provide convenient access to essential goods. Hospitals located within 1 km from the society offer timely assistance during emergencies.
Unfortunately, the society does not offer power backup; residents must arrange their own. Additionally, amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and sports facilities are not provided. The lack of a visitor parking area poses challenges for guests. Public transportation options, including buses and metro stations, are distant from the society, inconveniencing residents.

Public transport options, including railways and buses, are available nearby, ensuring good connectivity with well-maintained roads. A timely electricity supply is provided, and there is an open area. Cleanliness is consistently maintained, and festivals and events are celebrated.
Maintenance is poor, with bad and unhealthy water quality. The building's construction quality is lacking, leading to water seepage issues. Essential amenities like a gym and clubhouse are unavailable, and there is no designated play area for kids. Interaction among residents is minimal, and there is a noticeable divide between Gujarati and non-Gujarati residents. Flats are not provided to bachelors.

There are a total of three towers in this community, with each tower comprising four floors and each floor containing four flats, making for a total of around 48 flats in this society. Situated in the center of the city, the connectivity is top-notch, with numerous schools, markets, and clinics conveniently located within a 500-meter distance. Additionally, there are workplaces like the IT industry nearby. Maintenance facilities are of high quality, and there are no extra charges for maintenance. The amenities, including a small ground and ample individual parking options, are also commendable.
The main problems in our community are bad water quality because we use bore water and the buildings don't look good because they were built around 10 to 15 years ago.
