Good things here
The society had sufficient greenery, and the residents were very cooperative. All festivals were celebrated in the society. Cleanliness was maintained, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
Autos were not available nearby, and there was an issue with connectivity. There were no amenities in the society. Sometimes, there was a shortage of water in the society.

Good things here
People are nice and friendly. Power backup and water supply are great. All basic amenities are available here, gym, swimming pool etc. For children it's nice parks are here, schools, hospitals are nearby. Online deliveries are also not a problem here. It is a well maintained apartment.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse and gym here which is nowadays very demanding. Rest all is fine here. It is a well maintained apartment.

Good things here
The hospital is convienently close to the society. The construction quality is excellent. Railway station is very convienet from the society.
Things need improvement
The maintaining of lift is very bad. The society dont have any amenities. Facilities like glocery shops and markets are not there in the society.

Connectivity options such as cabs and autos are easily accessible outside the society, within walking distance. The water facility within the society is reliable, and there is also a power backup system in place. Residents of the society are known for being friendly, cooperative, and actively participate in celebrating every festival. Moreover, the construction quality in the society is excellent, with robust infrastructure.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are located quite a distance away from the society, approximately 3 kilometers, which could be inconvenient during emergencies. Unfortunately, amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, and gyms are not available within the society. Additionally, there is no nearby railway station, further adding to the inconvenience of transportation options.

Good things here
Connectivity is very good, making it easy to reach places within and outside the society. Water supply is very good, and there are reliable power backups in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or maintenance. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious and convenient. There is a hospital within a 1-2 kilometers radius, which is convenient. There are good green areas outside that are very convenient.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts are not available in the society. The area around the society should be improved for better convenience.

Cabs and autos are easily available at the main road near the society. The water facility is also good, available 24/7 in the society. Ventilation in the flats is also good. There is no pollution in the society, making it a peaceful and pleasant environment. Facilities like grocery stores and markets are available within a distance of 1-2 kilometers from the society.

The construction quality in the society is poor, with cracks visible on the walls. There is no power backup in the society. However, amenities like swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are available. It is a standard apartment building with only two floors.
