Hi its omkar from Belgaum karnataka i am the guy who stay in this area its a very maintained area as it have near schools clean roads and security purpose there are camera also it have.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Enough parking space
No water logging on roads
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
Understanding and good landlords
Pets friendly
Great Schools nearby
Nice park and kids playarea
Big lift
Things need improvement
i see frequently there is a parking problem but know it is solve no near metro connection markets are so par.
