Plenty of natural light and proper ventilation are present. Among the facilities are parks, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a playground, and a garden. Nearby, a subway is being constructed, and the roads are in decent condition. Well-positioned are schools, hospitals, and markets. Good access, parking alternatives, friendly neighbors, and well-maintained elevators are provided for building inhabitants. Regular cleaning and trash disposal are carried out. The neighborhood takes great pride in its exceptional structure, which is resistant to termites, leaks, seepage, and fractures. Water is available on a constant basis. Public transit is easily accessible, including taxis and buses. There's an on-duty security guard.
Everything was maintained and cared for with such attention that I never experienced any problems. As a resident, I could not think of anything that the society lacked or that needed to be improved.

Cabs are readily available for traveling outside the society, and inside, we get water supply, power backup, and other necessities on time. This makes our society look great. Cultural events are also organized on schedule, and security is excellent. Overall, it's a wonderful society because it's well-maintained with cameras and security guards.
The roads outside the Samiti are very small and narrow, so only one vehicle can pass at a time. This increases the risk of accidents. Also, there's no market nearby, so we have to travel far to find one. There are only two metro buses available, and there's no clubhouse or any other amenities. The walls of the committee often have plaster falling off, making them weak. All these problems require a lot of maintenance. However, if too many improvements are made, the committee might become very dirty.
