Good things here
Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, all of which are available and well-maintained within the society. Security services are very reliable, ensuring safety for the residents. Connectivity is convenient with cabs and auto services easily accessible via Ola and Uber. Maintenance is very good, ensuring excellent water facilities and reliable power backups. Garbage collection is also efficient, keeping the environment clean. Maintenance of common areas is well-managed, and parking spaces are available within the society. There is visitor parking, though it is somewhat limited. There are no spillover issues in the society, making it a well-organized space. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers, providing convenient access to healthcare in case of emergencies.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, with some seepage and leakage issues within the society. There are also visible cracks in the walls, indicating structural concerns. Traffic outside the society is a significant issue, causing inconvenience for residents.

Gated community, safe, security personnel 24 hours on duty. Outsiders entry screened and field maintenance staff are on duty always.
Things need improvement
Mosquitoes bother you in the lawn area in the evenings. Main road gets a bit water logged during rainy season.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available just outside the society, within walking distance. The maintenance of the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym is well-maintained with separate facilities for both genders. Additionally, there is a theater in the society accommodating up to 30 members. Garbage collection occurs daily, ensuring cleanliness within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, at 5000 rupees. Water facilities are top-notch, and power backup is available. The community is very close-knit, coming together to celebrate various festivals such as Dasara, Diwali, Navarathri, and even Halloween.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is extremely poor. There are significant issues with moisture, particularly in the bedrooms where the walls are consistently damp. Seepage problems are also prevalent in the bathrooms, exacerbating the overall structural issues. The building quality as a whole is substandard and requires significant improvement.

A pleasant place to live, with abundance of public transit and easy access to other sections of town, as well as proximity to several amenities. Beautiful green parks, jogging routes, and spacious apartments with large windows refresh and renew one's soul.

Safety and security is a major problem because there are no security guards. Despite of having good connectivity public transport is not much readily available. Cleanliness is also an issue.

Clean air, prime location and excellent built quality with good prices are the few exceptional features of this project. Bus stand, auto stand and other public transport facilities are easily available nearby and not just this there are no traffic jams in the area.
