The roads are well-maintained, with functioning streetlights and ample parking space. Maintenance charges are relatively low due to the fewer number of apartments. Water scarcity is non-existent, thanks to borewells and tanker availability, with reliable power backup. Waste segregation is diligently practiced, and daily cleaning ensures hygiene in floors and balconies. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, badminton and squash courts, walking tracks, kids' play areas, community halls, and gardens enhance the living experience. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful; we celebrate a lot of festivals together like Holi, Diwali, Karnataka Rajyotsava, and Republic Day. Location-wise, it's outstanding, with everything within a 100-meter walkable distance. Residents have access to hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops. Every week, vegetable sellers come by to sell their goods, along with salons and shops. Street lights are available, and we have ample parking space. Amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, squash court, lawn, basketball court, table tennis, kids' play area, and walking track are available. Maintenance-wise, cleaning is done every day, and garbage collection is carried out daily. We have 24/7 water and power supply. Construction-wise, I appreciate good ventilation. Overall, the apartment is well-maintained.

Additionally, it's just a 5-minute drive to the ORR, with tech parks also conveniently located nearby. The roads within the community are well-maintained, and the surroundings of the society are regularly kept tidy. Furthermore, the buildings exhibit good construction quality with no seepage problems. Also excellent greenery in the surroundings.
