Good things here
Maintained by DLF, Very wide and spacious. Not fully developed (houses still under construction) but still very calm and peaceful. Very nice quality of life.
Things need improvement
Too many mosquitoes and since it is under development (the whole area ) so there are less markets nearby. But after opening of DLF Garden city arcade it will be much much better.

Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is very convenient if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. Prices are very reasonable and manageable in this area. Maintenance is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backups. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect and manage waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with expenses in the society. Landscaping is well done, enhancing the environment.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. There should be maintenance to ensure these facilities are present.

Good things here
From the society, autos and buses were easily accessible. There were no issues like leakage or seepage; the construction quality was good. The residents were decent.

In the society, there were all modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, etc. , but they were not well-maintained, so we couldn't use them effectively.

There are definitely some positives worth highlighting. The society does have a gym and a pool, which are great amenities to have. While they are currently in need of some improvements and better maintenance, their presence adds significant value and potential to the community.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is extremely poor, making commuting a major hassle. The lack of cleanliness is another significant issue, with common areas often being dirty and poorly maintained. The construction is very old, leading to constant leakage and seepage problems, which make living conditions quite uncomfortable. Additionally, many residents do not maintain basic hygiene, which further deteriorates the living environment. The management is the worst I've encountered, with no proper system in place to address residents' concerns. To top it off, there are no security guards, making the safety of residents a serious concern. Overall, I would not recommend this society to anyone looking for a decent place to live.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is convenient in our society when booked through Ola or Uber. We have consistent power backup and excellent water facilities. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Public transportation, including buses, is easily accessible within walking distance, which adds to the convenience. The city boasts good greenery, and the park area within our society is particularly convenient. Amenities are well-maintained, and we have facilities for various celebrations like Diwali, New Year, and Ganesh festivals, making these occasions enjoyable for everyone.

Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, which is a concern for residents. The hospital is located far from the society, adding to the inconvenience for healthcare access. There is no nearby metro station in the city, highlighting an underdeveloped public transportation infrastructure that needs improvement.

Cabs and autos are easily available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Water facility is very good, and power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. Parking area is spacious. There is also visitor parking available. Hospitals nearby are convenient. There are grocery shops available inside the society. Pharmacies are also available within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are issues with the balcony area. The drainage area is not good as the balcony area is often filled with water, causing inconvenience. There is no bar or restaurant nearby, making it difficult for residents. Amenities are available, but some are not well-maintained, and not many residents use them. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Maintenance charges are around 7000 rupees per month.

Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the locality. The locality in the society is very good. Greenery in the society is also very good. Maintenance is well taken care of, cleanliness is very good, and hygiene is maintained. Parking area is secure and spacious in the society. There is also visitor parking available.

Autos are not available in the society, and bus access is very inconvenient. Construction quality is poor, and there are some seepage issues on the floors and in the basement, which is very inconvenient. Hospitals are far from the area, approximately 3 km away, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro available in the vicinity.

The walls are not connected, allowing for ample space and well-ventilated balconies. The area benefits from its distance from the main road, ensuring minimal noise and pollution, creating a peaceful environment. Connectivity is excellent, with bus stops, supermarkets, schools, hotels, medical shops within a 3 km radius. The road quality is good, facilitating easy access. Adequate parking space is available, and housekeeping ensures regular and thorough cleaning, with garbage collection conducted daily. The lift functions properly, ensuring convenience for residents. Amenities such as children's play areas and walking tracks are provided. The community is friendly, cooperative, and celebrates various festivals together.

The street lights are not functioning, posing a safety concern for residents during the night. Additionally, there are seepage issues in the bathrooms,

Good things here
Public transports are easily available from here, uber/auto etc. I am very happy to be here, no regrets. All basic amenities are available here, gym, swimming pool etc. For children it's nice parks are here, schools, hospitals are nearby. Online deliveries are also not a problem here. It is a well maintained apartment. People are really good and responsible here, especially at times of struggle like pandemic/floods. The people join their hands together and help each other with food, shelter or whatever help is needed.

Good things here
There are autos and cabs available nearby. The lift works fine, and the cleaning is done well. Garbage collection is regular, and the water tank is kept clean. There is good ventilation and plenty of sunlight. The neighbours are very friendly.

There are seepage issues in the apartments in the society . Amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park are available in the society but they are not well maintained.
