Transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available nearby, facilitating easy commuting for residents. Ample parking space within the society alleviates concerns about parking availability. Nearby hospitals further enhance convenience, ensuring medical facilities are easily accessible when needed. Moreover, the society is well-maintained and clean, with regular garbage collection and pest control services ensuring a hygienic environment. The commendable construction quality of the buildings is evident, with no reported issues such as seepage or leakage. A robust security system comprising security guards and CCTV cameras ensures the safety of residents. Facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse offer opportunities for recreation and relaxation, all properly maintained for residents' enjoyment. The overall neighborhood exudes a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly and sociable residents contributing to a positive community environment.

Good things here

Autos, buses, and other public transport options are readily available nearby. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic jam issues. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. Ventilation is good, and there is a gym in the society.

Things need improvement

Next to us, two residents who have been allotted parking spaces are having an ongoing dispute over parking. They often park their cars on the road, causing issues for our tenants who struggle to find parking. The society has not been as clean as it used to be since it was handed over. Occasionally, there are issues with water supply; if corporation water is available only at specific times, we have to purchase water from nearby villages when the supply runs low. There is no swimming pool, and the garden is not well-maintained. The residents are not very cooperative.

Finding auto-rickshaws near the society can be inconvenient as they are not readily available; residents often need to head to the main roads to catch one. Moreover, the absence of modern amenities within the society might be disappointing for some residents.

The society is impeccably maintained, with no occurrences of power cuts, consistent water supply, and minimal parking issues. The flats boast ample ventilation and spaciousness. All amenities such as the gym, garden, and swimming pool are readily accessible. Additionally, connectivity is excellent, facilitated by easily available public transport options like autos, cabs, and buses. The well-constructed and well-maintained roads further enhance convenience. Regular cleaning is diligently carried out not only within the society but also along the outside roads. It's evident that the well-being and comfort of residents are prioritized, making it a desirable place to live.

Things need improvement

I believe that having a mall nearby the society would greatly benefit the locality and enhance convenience for residents. Therefore, I strongly advocate for the establishment of a mall in close proximity to the society. Having easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options would greatly improve the quality of life for everyone in the community.

The society is clean, and auto-rickshaws are available outside. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and the flats are well-ventilated. The society has amenities such as a gym, garden, and play area. Parking spaces are allotted for everyone, and maintenance charges are justified. Maintenance work is ongoing for the roads outside the society.

Things need improvement

There is no parking available inside the society for visitors; they have to park outside. The society does not have a swimming pool. Water comes from the corporation, but it is only available twice a day, in the morning and evening, so residents have to store it.
