We're fortunate to have round-the-clock water supply and electricity, ensuring our daily comfort. Any maintenance issues within the society are swiftly taken care of, including repairs and beautification projects. Our society takes cleanliness seriously, with regular garbage collection keeping things tidy. Thankfully, I haven't had any issues with seepage or leaks in my flat, thanks to the sturdy construction quality. Safety measures like emergency exits and well-lit corridors are in place, providing peace of mind. Our amenities like the gym and clubhouse are top-notch and well-maintained. Security is tight, with vigilant guards and CCTV cameras keeping an eye on things. Elevators are reliable, and maintenance is done on time. What's more, the people here are friendly and always willing to lend a hand. We often come together to celebrate cultural festivals, fostering a strong sense of community. Parking is stress-free with plenty of space available, and best of all, our society is pet-friendly, making it a welcoming home for everyone, including our furry companions. read more

Good things here

I have no issues at all with this place. Everything is great, from connectivity and maintenance to construction and amenities. The neighborhood is very friendly. There are no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. The connectivity is excellent with easy access to public transport, and the maintenance is very good. The construction is solid, and the amenities like the garden, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice. read more

Things need improvement

The only issue I have is with the water supply. Water comes from a tanker, which is not very reliable. Sometimes, there are delays, and it can be inconvenient. Everything else is perfect, but this water problem is a big issue for me. It would be much better if there was a more consistent and reliable water supply. read more
