I appreciate the good maintenance services provided in our society. It's reassuring to know that our living environment is well taken care of. It's great that maintenance issues are resolved quickly here. This efficient response ensures that any problems we encounter are addressed promptly, contributing to our overall satisfaction with living here. Having a market area within close proximity to our society is convenient. I enjoy having access to swimming pool and gym facilities. The presence of a lift is convenient, especially for residents living in higher floors. I like that parking allotment is handled by the owner. It simplifies the process and ensures that parking spaces are efficiently managed. The availability of open common parking for additional vehicles is a bonus. I appreciate neighborhood events that foster a sense of community. It's nice to come together with fellow residents for various activities and socialize, strengthening the bonds within our community.
There's a lack of construction opportunities, and not much updating is happening within the society. Residents heavily rely on the society management to address any water crisis situations. This dependency might create a sense of vulnerability, especially if there are delays or inefficiencies in resolving such issues.

Issues with maintenance services reverting back after resolution could be frustrating for residents. The construction quality could have been improved, and the nearby sewage is a concern. Traffic congestion is a significant issue, especially on narrow roads, particularly when cerebrum and cybage crowds are present, leading to massive congestion.

In the society, all festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. The residents are friendly and cooperative. The management of the society is highly efficient. Cleanliness and water supply are excellent with sufficient availability. The atmosphere in the society is peaceful and serene. Autos, buses, and cabs are easily accessible from the society gate, providing convenient transportation options.
Near the society, there is a traffic issue during peak hours, likely due to numerous stalls and vendors on nearby roads. There is noticeable leakage and seepage in the parking area. The aging buildings give the impression of dated construction. Power backup is limited to common areas and lifts within the society, not extending to individual flats.

Connectivity of the apartements is really good as auto,cabs are easy to approach near by the society even railway station and bus facilities are available near by the society. Build quality id good as tehre are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.
Maintenance facilities are really poor as all the modern amenities are available in the society but swimmimg pool is under maintenance since ages,gym is not well eqquiped and kids play area dont have any slides and swings.

The society has good connectivity with easy access to autos and buses, and the metro station is just 1 km away. There are no leakage or seepage issues. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Water is available 24/7, and cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. There is enough greenery and no traffic issues. Malls and restaurants are nearby. Pets are allowed, the residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated.
The airport and railway station are not close to the society, being approximately 7 km away. It takes around 20-30 minutes to reach them by auto from the society.

Seepage is visible on the walls, including in the halls of the property. There has been an increase in unnecessary speed breakers within the society, causing inconvenience. Additionally, there is a slight water crisis that requires attention.

Log acche hai, bohot cooperative hai. metro station and airport bohot pass me hai. delivery boys society me andar tak hai. dmart pass me hi hai. sari amenities well maintained hai. basketball wallyball ke liye society me coach ate hai. power cut ka koi issue nhi aya hai. me yaha pr 9ys se rahe rahi hu, pahele hum tenet the. mujhe society itni acchi lagi ke maine flat kharid liya yaha pr. pani 24*7 available hai. security bohot acchi hai safe hai society.
Thoda sham ke time office ke vjaha se traffic hota hai. leakage ka issue thota hai. power backup sirf common area ke liye hai.
